Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States of America, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada.  We plan to expand to include other countries as the business grows. Those who purchased during the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign automatically get free shipping on all orders within the United States of America and Puerto Rico and discounted shipping to Canada.  

All purchases made through our e-commerce website on Shopify will be required to pay for shipping of goods unless otherwise stated in promotions, or giveaways/promotions run through GranolaBarPan social media accounts on Instagram and/or Facebook or on Shopify.  We charge standard shipping rates.

*FREE SHIPPING on orders $99 or more applies to orders shipped to locations within the CONTINENTAL U.S.  If you are looking to ship to other U.S. states/territories or to Canada please email and we will arrange for a discount to cover part of the shipping cost.  Orders $100 or more will be shipped via ground with a carrier we choose, and if you want the order $100 or more expedited (shipped faster) we can accommodate for that but you must cover the cost difference from normal ground shipping of our choice to the cost of delivery option you choose - you must email us within 24 hours of your order submission so we can arrange for the shipment specifications you desire: email us at  We can ship the whole order $100 or more to one single address location.  If you want to ship product(s) in your order to different locations you will need to place separate orders and the free shipping no longer applies.  If this really bothers you please email us at and we will figure out a way to get you discounted shipping. 

Flat Rate Shipping: If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, parts of New York and other areas in the U.S. that charge more shipping it might be less expensive to ship with flat rate boxes.  Up to three pans will fit in the medium flat rate box and it costs $14.35 but is subject to change per USPS pricing.  If you would like to use flat rate shipping please email us at and we will get that set up for you.  

Fulfillment: We currently have inventory so orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. We are working to fulfill all the pre-orders made through our crowdfunding campaign.  For orders placed through Shopify please allow 5 business days for fulfillment then additional shipping time chosen at checkout. Thank you for your patience! Once we get caught up fulfillment time will be 1-2 business days (plus applicable shipping time).  

Expected Shipping Times: Once the order is fulfilled on our end the expected shipping time begins.  Your order can be tracked using the provided tracking number once we fulfill the order - an email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.  Delivery dates given at the checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed since we cannot foresee the future and possible hiccups carriers may encounter.  I promise we are doing our best and we want you to get your order as fast as possible so if there is a problem with your order arriving please contact us at and we will quickly look into your orders status and provide you with as much information as possible.

Shipping to countries outside of the United States of America: We are not liable for duties and taxes that may be assessed on the order when it arrives.  The customer or person accepting the order is responsible for paying any duties or taxes that are assessed on the order. Such costs vary and can change from time to time so please refer to your countries customs office for more information.  We are not responsible for items held up in customs.
