Hi, I'm Catrina!

My journey began after baking my first batch of granola bars where I was left feeling:

- Frustrated that my bars were shaped like Idaho & Nebraska (nothing against those states!)

- Annoyed that I wasted money

- And slightly defeated as I fell short of my own expectations as a new wife

As I sat in my emotions I thought, "There has GOT to be an easier way!!!"

To me the obvious solution was to eliminate cutting the bars up by using a pan that already had granola bar shaped slots, similar to a cupcake pan. No cutting = no crumbling.

Surely someone had invented a quality bakeware pan that made perfect granola bars, right?!

Long story short the answer was NOPE!

I searched kitchen stores, grocery stores & online ... found a few options but every pan failed my expectations!

One normal day I had an intimidating but exciting thought:

"Why don't I make my own pan!?!

I already knew exactly what I wanted in a pan so I set out to:
